The church began as a house fellowship in Dagenham, Essex, England, for two years. God, in His own power, revealed to His servant (Pastor Daniel Berkoh-Gyamfi) the formation of this ministry. Although it was known that God had commissioned His servant to start a ministry, His servant waited for not one but three confirmations from God to make sure that this ministry did not go ahead of God.
Through the power of Jesus Christ and the workings of the Holy Spirit, Salvation Chapel International was established to the glory of God to go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey His word as God commands.
